I'm Don Franklin, Founder and CEO of Lead Nurture Close™, a Human + AI marketing agency based in Elk Grove, California, serving home service contractors nationwide.

I started in digital marketing in 2008 as Summit Marketing, which grew into Lead Nurture Close™. I also owned and ran a brick-and-mortar coffee shop for more than ten years. I know what it takes to make payroll, train a crew, and need the phone to ring. I'm also the author of 10 Proven Marketing Strategies to Quickly Elevate Your Home Service Business and the host of The Home Services Business & Marketing Success Podcast.
