This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the LNC Hub™ client portal and the LNC Hub™ mobile application (together, the "Services").
1. Who We Are
The Services are operated by DKF Enterprises Inc, doing business as Lead Nurture Close Web Marketing ("Lead Nurture Close™", "we", "us"), located in Elk Grove, California. We provide managed marketing services to our clients, and the Services give our clients a secure place to access their training, documents, and communications.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to run the Services well:
- Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and login credentials.
- Content you access and create. Course progress in LNC Academy™, documents and signatures, records of the services we provide to you, and messages you send through the Services.
- Device and usage information. Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and how you use the Services. We use this to keep the Services secure and to improve them.
- Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, your device provides a token so we can deliver them.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Services, including course access, documents, and messaging.
- To secure your account and verify your identity.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To send service notifications, such as a document waiting for your signature.
- To improve the Services and fix problems.
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We never have, and we never will.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run our platform, such as hosting and communications providers. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal requirements. When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, our company, or others.
- Business transfers. If our company is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. Push Notifications
Notifications are optional. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings, and you will still be able to use the Services.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure hosting. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect and who can see it.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@leadnurtureclose.com.
If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor all of these rights.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are built for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify you through the Services before the changes take effect.
